Daughter company „Molotash Ltd“
Daughter company, the Molotash Ltd, which is registered in Kyrgyzstan, since 2005 has been conducting geological exploration works and preparing the infrastructure in the Karasui areas of the Zhalalabad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The main gold ore-bearing site of the Karasui area is the Molotash deposit.
The reserves of deposit approved by the State Committee on Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic are:
Ñ1+Ñ2 84.000 ounces of gold.
Gold grade rate is 9 gram per ton.
The expected resources:
Ð2 + Ð3 are estimated in the amount of 4.500.000 ounces of gold.
The main gold ore-bearing site of the Karasui area is the Molotash deposit.

Daughter company „Baltic Gold Chatkal”
Daughter company „Baltic Gold Chatkal” owns the license for deposit Chaartash the group of Chatkal in Zhalalabad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The reserves and resources are:
Ñ2 170.000 ounces of gold
The expected resources:
Ð1 320.000 ounces of gold
Gold grade rate is 7 gram per ton

The additional geological exploration works will be conducted on site 1, the Molotash deposit. The Feasibility Studies and estimation of the industrial reserves are to be produced for approval at the State Committee on Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The estimation of the expected reserves of the site #1 conducted within the limits of development of the exploring network of wells and by the mechanical cutting using the geological blocks method revealed the following expected reserves:
the categories Ñ1+Ñ2 — 315.000 ounces
the category Ð1 — 105.000 ounces
in total on the site # 1 the project stock and estimated resources (the categories Ñ1+Ñ2+Ð1) — 420.000 ounces.
Completion of construction of the pilot factory and beginning of mining on site # 1 of the Molotash deposit. The planned volume of production is 8,600 ounces.
Continuation of geological surveying of site # 1 and other sites of the Molotash deposit.
Beginning of prospecting works on the Aflatun sites.
Geological exploration works and confirmation of deposit reserves of Chaartash in the State Committee of Natural Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.
